Thomas “Tom” Gallagher, Porter

Outstanding employees deserve to be recognized both as a reward for exceptional performance and as a model to other employees.

Tom has been an employee of CCNH since November of 2017.

Some of the things co-workers said about Tom:  He is a good worker.  He goes over and above to help his shift with anything they need.  He is always there when needed and is an awesome person to have on the shift.  He is reliable, friendly, and always in a good mood.  He is a real team player.

When Tom was interviewed, he told us that what he enjoys most about working for CCNH is that he likes his co-workers.  A lot of good people work here.  Tom’s biggest challenge is when something goes wrong within the building and he’s not sure how to fix it.  To meet the challenges head on, he tries to figure it out himself first.  If he can’t, he knows Mike (his Department Head) is a phone call away.  Outside of work, Tom states that he is a homebody.  He enjoys video games, exercising, weightlifting, and jogging.  An interesting thing about Tom, he’s never had a speeding ticket.  In five years, he cheerfully said, “I see myself in the same place I’m in right now…same job, same shift, same house living just 5 minutes from work!”
