How can I give money to an inmate?

Funds for an inmate's account can be mailed to them, or may be brought to the facility during posted visiting times only. 

Money orders and cashier's checks are the only forms of funds that may be mailed or brought to the facility.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

Money orders and cashier's checks must be made out to Coos County Inmate Account, with the inmate's name and inmate number in the memo line.

Funds may also be added to an inmate's account electronically, by using Smart Deposit.  For more information on sending an inmate funds electronically, go to SMARTDEPOSIT.COM or call 1-866-394-0490.

You will need:

• Your credit or debit card
• Inmate's name, number, and location
