7-3       29hrs/week- Bath Aide

3-11    Two positions of 32hrs/week.

All positions work every other weekend.




Nights  32 hours/week, 7p-7a two days per week, 11p-7a one day per week- works every other weekend.

3-11     32 hours/week- works every other weekend.

Accounting Assistant/Payroll Clerk/Administrative Assistant

40 Hours/Week

8:00 AM- 4:00 PM   Monday-Friday

Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and must be able to work with spreadsheets and budgets. Must be proficient in keyboarding, must have exceptional writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills, and have knowledge of medical terminology. Applicant should have experience, knowledge and training in office procedures.  Applicant must demonstrate proficiency in computers and other office equipment. Applicant must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field with two years’ office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.


  1. Responsible for payroll verification functions for the Nursing Hospital employees.
  2. General administrative duties as assigned by the Nursing Hospital Administrator to include forms, reports, letters, spreadsheets and budgets.
  3. Responsible for maintaining the scheduling software for the Nursing Hospital employees.
  4. Serves as a back-up for the front office when necessary.
